Custom Printing No-Return Policy

Because all items including customized visiting cards branded packaging boxes and premium woven labels are manufactured uniquely according to your specific business logo name and requirements these items cannot be resold or reused Therefore I enforce a strict no-return and no-exchange policy once the printing production starts

Order Approval Via WhatsApp

To ensure total satisfaction before any final printing process begins I personally share the digital design layout and proofing draft with you on WhatsApp It is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review

• Spelling accuracy and text content details
• Logo placement and layout dimensions
• Font styles and structural specifications

Once you give your final approval or token payment on WhatsApp the order is locked and no modifications or refunds can be issued after that stage

Damaged Or Faulty Deliveries

In exceptional cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered from my side please contact me via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with unboxing images or videos I will personally evaluate the issue and coordinate a partial reprint or correction if applicable

Order Cancellation

You can request an order cancellation only if the design phase has not started and production printing plates are not made Once the raw material or printing plate is processed cancellations are completely invalid
